I love this peeler. It's great, sharp, efficient, beautiful. I have had one for years and unfortunately went in the dustbin with my vegetables. I just bought another one straight away. I use it mainly to peel carrots and potatoes as it is a breeze to do it.Can't do without this peeler. It is very easy to choose the blade to peel different vegetables. I love it so much I still give it 5 stars. Definitely recommend
